119,500 SF addition to a 98,376 SF existing facility. This Design Build project with TU Parks
contains new CNC processing equipment and an oversized 130’ 15-ton bridge crane that runs the
length of the entire facility. The original facility built 40 years earlier was drawn by Newell Wright out
of MTa’s office and built by TU Parks.
